| Answer | To Support TPM2.0 under Windows 7, there are some requirements as listed below. a. The OS version must be "Windows 7 Enterprise" or "Windows 7 Ultimate". b. A 64-bits operating system environment is required. c. The OS needs to be installed under UEFI mode. d. Install Microsoft Hotfix from the following link.
